I pre-ordered and paid for a game on December 26th. It was supposed to be released in March, and it was. In fact, the website, which seems to be active, says they have the game in stock, but my order says it's on hold. I'm preparing a complaint. I wish I had paid with PayPal. Oh well.”) and they just called me to apologize and told me they were moving the store to a new location and that the game would arrive tomorrow. Thank you so much. I'm really happy they're still open; the website looks great and the reviews so far have been very positive.

Very unprofessional, their platform is rubbish and their stock management is terrible; items appear and disappear as if by magic. They also don't respond to messages and questions via WhatsApp. Not a recommended site at all (at least online).

First and last time I make an online purchase; they either couldn't handle the order or I was scammed. Luckily I used PayPal; they'll sort out the refund.

They have every board game imaginable, and if they don't have it, they'll get it for you. The saleswoman is very friendly and explains every detail about all the games, even via WhatsApp. I live outside of Almería, but it will still be my go-to store, since they have a website.
